DÍA DEL FOLCLOR EN EL CEA JUAN PABLO II
DÍA DEL FOLCLOR
El folclor es la expresión auténtica de un pueblo que abarca sus tradiciones, leyendas, costumbres, música, danzas, etc. Precisamente estas peculiaridades distinguen una cultura de otra.
Este término era una palabra creada con la unión de dos voces inglesas: ”Folk” (pueblo) y lore (saber) para poder referirse a las manifestaciones ancestrales de las culturas de todo el mundo, las que sobreviven hasta el día de hoy: artes, música y costumbres del pueblo que son transmitidas de generación en generación.
El Perú desarrolla una serie de manifestaciones culturales con diferentes costumbres y tradiciones que persisten con el correr de los años. Podemos encontrar manifestaciones de folclore en muchos espacios del país, con bailes que manifiestan la alegría de un pueblo en celebraciones patronales o costumbristas, platos típicos de una región.
Por ello nuestra institución celebra el Día del Folclor, como una muestra de nuestra identidad como peruanos.

TRUJILLO IS MAGYC
Trujillo is called the “City of Everlasting Spring”
Why? Has it a good weather?
Is it sunny?
For its beautiful
beaches?
It’s all of this and
more!
Where
is it?
Trujillo is a city in coastal northwestern of Peru and
the capital of La
Libertad Region. It is located on the banks of the Moche River
and very close to the Pacific Coast.
It is always a good time to visit Trujillo. This city has sunny and
pleasant weather year-round. The International Spring Festival in early October
and it attracts visitors from all over Peru and the world. Trujillo has a warm
weather during the day and mild during the night.
In Trujillo, you can visit two major archeological
sites: Chan Chan, the largest adobe city and the temples of the Sun and Moon,
also it has a beautiful main square.
The manufacturing of ships called Caballito de
totora is a tradition in Huanchaco beach. Huanchaco is known
for its surfing activities,
Trujillo is a center of national and international
annual cultural events, including The International Book Festival in
March, the Marinera Festival in January and the Trujillo Spring Festival in
September. There are a lot of museums, churches and colonial buildings.
Trujillo is a great place for culinary travelers with fresh ingredients from both land and sea.
The seafood is delicious and ceviche plentiful. Trujillo also has traditional
plates such as cabrito (goat), shambar (a classic trujillano soup) and pato
guisado (stewed duck).
There are good restaurants in Trujillo as: El Rincón
de Vallejo, El Cuatrero, El Paisa, Don Rulo, Doña Peta.
The busy city centre there are some excellent
expensive hotels. The beautiful Costa del Sol hotel is $ 350 a night, but next
to the historic center there are a lot of cheap comfortable hotels from $ 20 a
night.
The city is connected to all the main coastal cities
by the Pan- American Highway. There is one airport, one seaport, and many
bus terminals a short taxi ride from the city centre.

I know Cuzco, it is a city located in southern of Peru, it is magical also Cuzco has touristic attactions such as Sacsayhuaman, Coricancha, Qenqo,Pukapukara, among others.
The best time of the year to visit is from September to October because there is not rains. Its main touristic attraction is Machupicchu. It also has places to do adventure sport, such as boating and climbing.
Cuzco is a tourist city and it has hotels like the «Monasterio» of 5 stars up to lodgings of confortable prices; the food is delicious and the typical dish is baked cuy so you can eat in the restaurant «La Moqueguana».
